Chemical is a big part of your everyday life. Their use in business furnishes a major industrial sector in the modern economical structure of the world. You find them in daily life in the foods you eat, the air you breathe, your soap, your emotions and literally every object you can see or touch. Chemical manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, wholesalers etc. are spread all over the world. These are used to make a wide variety of consumer goods, as well as thousands inputs to agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and service industries. These are widely used in industries for manufacturing various products which are used in our day to day life. Basic chemicals are mainly inorganic chemicals, petrochemicals and its various derivatives, fertilizers and polymers. According to their processing and applications they are classified in various categories.

Inorganic: These are substances of mineral origin that do not contain carbon in their molecular structure with the omission of carbon oxides and carbon disulphide. Important classes of inorganic compounds include oxides, halides, carbonates and sulphates. Some examples are nitrogen, sulphuric acid or ammonia. These are mainly used in fertilizers. Organic: They are also referred to as an organic compound, is defined as being constructed of molecules that possess carbon-based atoms. Hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen atoms are the most common atoms that are generally attached to the carbon atoms. Some examples are urea, acrylonitrile or ethylene oxide.

Petrochemicals: These are derived from many compounds such as petroleum, coal and natural gas. The products which are made from petrochemicals are used in our daily life such as detergent, food additives, dyes, plastic bottles and many more. Some examples are Propylene, Styrene or Ethylene.

Ceramic: These are an inorganic, nonmetallic solid compound prepared by the action of heat and subsequent cooling. They have partly crystalline structure. Some examples are frit or silica brick.

Agrochemical: These types of chemicals are used in agricultural products. These agrochemicals include pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Many of them are toxic. Some examples are fertilizers and herbicides.

Elastomers: These are mainly used in making rubber. Rubber is the most usable example of elastomers. These elastomers are basically used in preparing clothes, toys, bouncing balls, shoes and many more. These are also used in defense, automotive, aerospace and sports.

Above mentions are some examples of chemicals which are used in our daily life. The scope of national chemical production technology is based on their chemical levels and living standards identified by a combination of factors, not identical, and with the development of science and technology continuously adjusted. Chemical industry includes manufacturers of inorganic- and organic-industrial chemicals, ceramic products, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, polymers and rubber, oleo chemicals (oils, fats, and waxes), explosives, fragrances and flavors. The leading traders, manufactures and distributors are trading, manufacturing and distributing chemicals which are used in many products (medicine, food, drinks, pharmaceutical products etc). The products which are extensively demanded in chemical, pharmaceutical food & beverage industries use a variety of chemicals. Whenever these chemicals are used they should be applied with strict adherence to safety and proper quality control.
